Practice History

In 1978, Dr. Keith Dedmond opened his practice of Family Dentistry in downtown Lincolnton. He has proudly served the Lincolnton and surrounding community for over 30 years in his office on Academy Street.
The year 2009 marked a big change for the practice. Dr. Keith Dedmond was proud to welcome his son Dr. Brian Dedmond as a partner in the practice. To accommodate this addition, Dedmond Family Dentistry built a brand new, state-of-the-art facility to provide patients the best care available. They are excited about serving Lincolnton for the next 30 years!

The year 2009 marked a big change for the practice. Dr. Keith Dedmond was proud to welcome his son Dr. Brian Dedmond as a partner in the practice. To accommodate this addition, Dedmond & Tallent Dentistry built a brand new, state-of-the-art facility to provide patients the best care available. They are excited about serving Lincolnton for the next 30 years!

2021 marked another big change for the practice welcoming in an associate, hometown native Dr. John Dock Tallent.  Dr. Tallent will help take care of patients while Dr. Keith slowly phases into inevitable retirement.
